"My position with Circle Real
Estate Services, Inc. is to handle incoming bills from our vendors
including, but not limited to, utilities, HOA Fees, repairs, lawn,
etc. I process payments for reimbursement from the banks and apply
the payments from the banks to the properties. I also handle the connection
and disconnection of utilities for each of the properties for showing
and inspections. I also assist interested buyers and agents with obtaining
general information on any of our listings active and inactive." |
